  • This store is located in the Eaton Centre, which on the whole is one of downtown toronto's greatest treasures. Awesome spring day, was in a great mood shopping until I wandered into this H & M. The staff-- particullarly the male staff, most of whom were rude, obnoxious, snippy, prissy, bitchy Church St (for our straight friends, that's the gay area north of here) queens. Absolute horrible customer service experience. I will think twice before going there again. Ladies, leave the attitude in the village, some regular folks are there just to spend their hard earned bucks so you can remain employed, not to deal with your stupid issues. This is not the toronto we're proud of.
