  • Wow! Unprofessional is all I can say. I was having an issue with one of your printers reading my credit card. The other machine read it just fine the day before. I tried explaining this to the associate working this morning and instead of saying let me take a look right after my customer, she implied that it could be my card not working and not the machine. I then asked if she could help me by printing it behind the counter since I had a USB and with an attitude told me she has another customer. I clearly saw the other customer, I was not asking for her to stop what she was doing but to simply acknowledge in some point she could be of help. Well, after I helped her customer that was having an issue on the other printer, I then was able to use that printer that read my card just fine. After finishing your associate then started speaking to me rudely and raising her voice. I'm sorry, since when is this appropriate in a business? Over the past 2 days I have spent well over a couple hundred dollars since I am here for business. I will not be back.
