  • While on a biz trip for the week in Las Vegas, I looked up a couple of CrossFit boxes to drop in to for the week while I was there. CFDD was the first on the list to visit. Well, I never made it to any other gyms because there was no need - I found a great fit at CFDD. A great atmosphere of hard work, solid coaching, quality programming, competition while keeping it fun, and a really welcoming vibe. I can honestly say that I felt like I was back at my home gym. I was treated like part of the community from day one.
