Her knowledge, creativity and most of all, persistence turned my dream of home ownership into reality. I came to her as a self-employed first-time buyer financing a starter home. Not the shiniest fish in the bucket for most lenders. Tu fought for me as if it were a multi-million dollar deal. With absolute optimism and total conviction, she calmly overcame every one of the inevitable obstacles. Her guidance, advice and communications were impeccable. She managed everything to make it easy and convenient for me. We closed escrow early, on terms I would have never imagined possible. What more could you ask for?
