  • Steer clear of here! I ordered a piece of mirror and a piece of glass. I asked for shiny highly polished edges as they will be exposed and visible. This was clearly marked on the orders. A week later, the orders are ready, but the edges are simply ground smooth and dusty. No shine at all. They tell me they will redo the edges as requested. A week later the edges are exactly the same. THEN THEY TELL ME THEY CAN'T DO WHAT I ORDERED, AND HAVE TO SEND IT OUT, AND IT WILL COST MORE! Eventually, they did refund my money. Three employees in the store, and none were helpful, knowledgeable, or polite. The store is a disorganized mess, take this as a hint and go elsewhere. Years ago this place was good, but not now.
