  • I usually like Yelp reviews for restaurants for their accuracy but I find that the low-rated reviews for this car wash are ridiculous... ... but that's what I see at a $3 car wash, ridiculous people who act ridiculous at the car wash (lack manners) and post ridiculous reviews (unrealistic expectations) I've been going here for a few years now, almost daily. I have a nicer car than most people who go here and it does the trick. I wish it was a touchless wash, but I know it's not a touchless wash and therefore I don't expect it to be a touchless wash. This is a great location and business model (value for the customer) for those who live near the carwash and care enough to wash their cars frequently. ... The quality of wash I get is what I expect for a maintenance wash. It's not a super abrasive wash system that's going to get rid of 100% of whatever neglected caked-on crap. If you let your car go that long without a wash you should do yourself a favor and clean some of the extra shit off your car before you run it through. Personally, it does a great job keeping my car clean. The value you get with the fast pass is great if you use it frequently enough - they've got a lot of locations that makes this fairly simple to do. The staff at the Chandler location has always been good to me, extremely friendly and helpful. Tips: Bring a microfiber cloth and wipe your car off like a human... Everyone's car is shaped differently so a generic wash / drying system is going to get most of it but if you expect all the water spots to be gone before you pull out, do yourself a favor and bring a microfiber cloth and spend the 2 minutes. The vacuums... The staff frequently maintains the vacuums, it's a centralized system of some sort and each stall has a branch to it. Normally the vacuums work just fine but there is sometimes a chance that the car before you just tried sucking up $50 of McDonald's hamburger meat and the suction is going to be weak until it's unclogged... Go to another stall or deal with it. They don't let their infrastructure go unmaintained, you just showed up to vacuum your car after a ridiculous customer vacuumed theirs
