  • A/C went out late last night and I was really dreading the repair bill, since the condenser wasn't even kicking on and its peak hot season. Ripe for "emergency a/c repair" price gouging. Checked a few places nearby on Yelp and decided to give these guys a ring because they are supposedly a 24/7 service outfit and it was still only 6:00am when i started looking for repair shops. Fella named Tim answered and said he could be here by about 7:00-7:20am. Ok, so Tim shows up exactly at 7:00am, pulls the condenser apart and identifies the problem in about 30 seconds and showed me exactly what the issue was. (Just a bad capacitor). Another 10 minutes and it's fixed!!! No up-sell, no price gouging, no messing around and no "service fee" just for coming out. I don't write many reviews, but from what I saw today, Tim definitely is EARNING his 5-star rating. I'd recommend this outfit without hesitation.
