Soothe stole my $ from me. Both by overcharging on a monthly session I had signed up for and then by charging me for a mistake THEY made. Total loss of almost $100. When I called them to ask about it, the Manager Mike basically called me a liar and told me I was at fault. I was not. My therapist was awesome but because of the lack of honesty, integrity and horrible customer service from Mike, he will be losing $120 a month just from me and my husband.
Update: Soothe after arguing with me and illegally charging my account for someone else's missed session has left a message admitting they made a mistake and will be refunding my account. I still will not be returning simply because of the horrendous customer service exhibited by Mike. But at least they are refunding my account!
