  • I am sad to see the poor reviews for this place. For months I had been in the market for a new car. I wanted to trade in my 13 Rogue for something bigger to better accommodate our travels. We worked on our credit a bit and decided to give it a shot. It was a toss up between a Pathfinder and a Grand Cherokee. The hubs and I had done our homework and knew exactly what we wanted to pay for a vehicle. Thanks to GarGurus.com (If you don't know about this, check it our before you buy a vehicle from anyone, anywhere) I knew competitor's prices and was ready to haggle. We showed up on the lot, and walked around without being hassled by anyone for about 20 minutes. When we finished, we went to the dealership where we met Cyndi. We told her what we wanted to see and she grabbed the keys and we test drive two vehicles. Settling on one. In the mean time, I showed Manny (the GM) a cargurus.com price from a dealership in Surprise. Without hesitation he said, I will match it. We filled out the finance application and he got to work finding us the best interest rate he could. We were in and out for that portion in about an hour and a half. Cyndi texted us at 1 15 to let us know Manny had done is job. We headed back in to square everything away and by 4 30, I had my first brand new car! A 2017 Pathfinder that I LOVE. So, why only 4 stars? First, there is one thing that is super important in sales, and it's the way you look. Sad, buy true. Everyone should be dressed professionally. Same color button ups? Matching high quality polos (some had them on, but they seemed like service dept)? No opened toed shoes, and over the knee boots are only cute on date night, or at the club. That's just my opinion. It would add a sense of unity, and class to the dealership as a whole. Secondly, we were done signing all of our financial documents by 2 45. It was after 4 before our car was ready for us. We kept being told 10 to 15 minutes. It kind of sucked with 2 kids waiting, and waiting... and waiting. If you don't have a team of 2 guys dedicated to new buys, you should. The turn over might move a bit quicker that way. But, again, just my opinion. All in all... Cyndi and Manny made this a superior experience!
