  • I really wish I could give this place 0 stars. I have had the worst experience living here, and I pay a ridiculous amount for the quality of this complex. 1. I am a RESIDENT here and I still had my car towed and had to pay over 150 to get it back 2. Our washer and dryer has been broken ever since we moved in, and every time maintenance comes to look at it they say nothing is wrong, when it NEVER cleans our clothes 3. Management is not helpful for anything, she thought I was lying about getting a new car (and still would not compensate for towing my car) 4. Parking system sucks all around, if you are coming to the cottages i suggest you don't drive. Even if you have a permit you will get towed because all they want is money. 5. They fine you for everything. Money hungry. The rent keeps going up, and I can't believe they keep getting away with raising it. DONT DO IT!!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. YOU PAY FOR A NICE POOL AND THAT'S IT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!! 0/10
