If you pay for $15 Groupon pedicure at this place, that's exactly what you get; the service I received was certainly not a $30-$35 spa pedicure. The place just had a bad vibe to start with, not welcoming or friendly at all. I had an appointment (a requirement with Groupon deal) and waited close to 10 minutes for the technician to come out. Once she came out, she just barely filed my nails, fake pushed back my cuticles, and grated the entire foot including the tender arch of my foot (ouch!) where there are no calluses but somehow ended up leaving calluses on my heel. The service was short and when she was finishing up on me I noticed that the client sitting next to me who got started before I even sat down was luxuriating, sipping a bottled water and still getting her legs massaged. I asked which pedicure she was getting and my technician quickly told me she was getting the Natural Pedicure. I asked how much that was and she completely ignored me and didn't answer my question. They obviously do not care for repeat customers and that's why they frequently have 'special offers' through Groupon + Living Social because they have terrible customer service. Would not recommend this place!
