This company makes it nearly impossible to obtain medical records and itemized billing even when you are the patient OR patient representative. I had a signed authorization, I.D., and the very helpful receptionist at the front office could not get through to the correct person for billing. Also, the phone system does not allow you to to call directly to the specific facility. You have to go through 35 minutes of waiting at the main number and they won't transfer you if they don't know who you are. It is a very crazy and inefficient phone system and no one seems to know what number to call for a very simple request. Been like this for years!
