I had a problem with my truck and had to have it towed in at night. Went the next day to follow up and they told me the damage was caused by an aftermarket parts so they put my in a spot to have to pay for the repair even though the truck is under factory warranty. I was insisting that it was a factory part and they wouldn't listen to me. After the repair was done I took it to Team Ford for other warranty items and they researched the problem and told me it should of been covered under warranty. I even called Ford Motor Company and they were no help. All they did was take side with the dealer. I really feel they charged me for the repair because they made more money from me then if Ford paid them for the repair. I spoke to the service director Mark and he was absolutely no help and didn't care about customer service or trying to make customers happy. I think he was rude and kept dismissing my concerns. I will never return to them for service or ever recommend anyone to buy a car from them. This is the worst service I have ever received. I'm in shock that nobody would listen or address my concerns. So much for loyalty. I recommend people to go to another dealer before wasting your time here. Now that they got my money they won't even respond. Worst experience ever is the bottom line.
