  • Brought in my Acura MDX to the Scottsdale location and they had a "driver" transport it to their Phoenix location. Received the truck back in a fairly timely fashion (wasn't washed or cleaned up). The passenger side door repair was fixed (not perfect in terms of factory quality) but acceptable. I could tell the alignment of the repaired door was slightly off in terms of alignment than the driver's side. So, I get the vehicle back and all my change I use for parking meters was gone (roughly 5-$10 in quarters) and my Planet Fitness gym card was missing (they don't check ID's) when you use the gym as long as you have the scannable card. I'll never recommend this company to anyone in need of auto body work. This outfit is unprofessional and hires thieves. The best and only good part of the experience was their friendly receptionist.
