  • This review is strictly for this location. I stop in here on my way to work in the morning maybe once or twice a week for a latte and classic oatmeal. The oatmeal is great, the latte, Starbucks quality, all the time. So my issue is, my order has been screwed up at this location countless times. And not just small things, I mean, I will end up with a completely different drink than what I ordered. I am SO beyond annoyed that I have to share my experience, in hopes that it will be corrected with employee training or SOMETHING. This morning, for example. My order: Grande Skinny Vanilla Latte with three shots of espresso. What I received: Grande Regular Vanilla Latte with 2 % milk and four shots of espresso. My experience before that: My order: Grande Skinny Vanilla Macchiato (syrup drizzle ok) three shots of espresso. What I received: Grande Hazelnut Macchiato two shots of espresso. I cannot count the number of times I have ordered three shots and have gotten two, or have ordered something "Skinny" and have gotten full sugar and fat. I know, it isn't going to kill me, and this is (pathetically) the definition of "first-world" problems, but when I am paying for an almost 6 dollar coffee drink, call me crazy, but I want it to be right. Not coming back again. (I mean it this time)
