  • This was my second time trying out San Tan Valley nails, and I was equally as disappointed as I was the first time. I told Jenny I wasn't pleased with my nails the last time and asked that she give me someone good to do a basic mani/pedi. She pointed me in the direction of one of the guys who works there, and he did a very poor job. He rushed through my nails, didn't clean under the finger nails and did a very poor job of filing my nails. I had to ask him to clean under the finger nails. When I asked him to come back and apply polish to the corners of my nails, he still missed spots. I took pictures to show him how bad his work looked, and he didn't seem to care. When I told him I was dissatisfied with my nails, he asked Jenny to fix it and she refused. The employees here are nice people, but poor nail technicians. I won't be back.
