This place is a joke! I went to one of their listings and was told to apply online. I downloaded the application online and filled out all the information as I was told. My realtor took a look at it and said it was good. So at 9:15 I started to head out to their office to pay the application fee so I called the office to make sure they got the application. The lady that picked up was really rude and asked me why the application was filled out like that. I let her know that it's the application on their website and I was told to fill it out online which is what I did. I told her I'm going on my break to take the money and asked that whatever I need to fill out be printed and she sighed really loud and said ya I guess I can. I asked her if I could fill out the paper work there then but she said I couldn't sign for my fiancé she even said it doesn't matter if he's your husband you can't sign for him. I asked her if I could pay for my application and submit his tomorrow since it needs to be signed she said hold on and came back and said ya. I asked her to print it out and have it ready because I have to go back to work. She sighed again I told her that I'm not sure what I'm going to do because she doesn't sound very friendly over the phone and we are trying to rent one of their properties and she said ok bye and hung up. I went to the office and it is very small and only has 3 people in the office when I walked in I approached the first girls desk and said I'm here to pay an application fee for one of their houses. A man stepped in and he asked is this for the end worth location? I told him yes he said you were just talking to her and pointed to another girl in the office and you told her you weren't interested. I told him no I didn't say that I told her she didn't sound friendly at all over the phone and I told him I work at a call center and wouldn't ever talk to anyone the way she talked to me. He said I was sitting next to her and she sounds fine. He then asked me why I sent the application in like that I let him know I downloaded it straight from the website and filled it out. He said that I manipulated it I told him no I just filled it out like I was told then the girl in the office started printing the application and she said oh no it doesn't say or on the last page. I asked him if I can fill out my application and have my fiancé come tomorrow to do his because he's at work. He said I don't feel comfortable with this and it's obvious you don't base on your phone call earlier. I told him it's not that I don't feel comfortable she wasn't friendly over the phone or willing to help which I would think if we are going to be paying 1200 a month for rent I would think people would be nicer and I left. I told my realtor what happened and when I got back to work I called the office. I asked the girl that picked up if she was at the local office and asked if the man I spoke to was the broker. She said yes he's the broker but he insists you don't apply for the location. I've never hear of a management company telling you not to apply. If they're acting like this already no thanks at becoming a tenant.
