Like the other reviews, I'd like to give them zero stars. We started our very large project in October 2015 (signed contract) & it is now end of June 2016, still not completed. Calling the owner does not help, in one ear out the other.
Staff appears to be thinly spread, over-worked, too busy, whatever.
Poor communication, poor planning, poor customer service. The customer does not come first.
There were several weeks where no workers worked. They also do not work Saturdays (which would have been nice to know during quote process).
Can't say much about the actual workmanship that has been done so far because I can't seem to tell who is an employee of Unique versus who they outsourced some parts to.
We have done everything they have asked us to do in timely manners, yet the same has not been reciprocated. Very one-sided.
No one seems to care about our project; we just want it done.
Since we are in the pool business, we will definitely NOT be referring any of our 120 customers to them.
