we were here last month, trying to get our fix for pho; but was left disappointed. First off, the place was pretty empty so the workers seemed to be relaxed, they were yapping away loudly...an employee turned on some kid's program in an effort to entertain his young niece (tv is mounted high atop a wall which was visible to customers). No music or any other noise except the continuing of the workers (possibly owners) conversations. it just seemed to be more of a converted eating place than a restaurant...setup the tv elsewhere if you want to babysit your kids, have your private conversations quietly behind the counter...just a thought...
we would skip this pho place!
