  • My PC was no longer getting to the operating system. I had files that I needed to recover. Brad kept me updated every step of the way & was able to restore the files I needed. I no longer needed the PC but Brad was interested in keeping it for the parts. We made an even trade & I didn't have to come up out of pocket to pay for the file restore. Thank you Brad for the great service! I will use your service again for any computer issues.
