  • I initially liked this place. However, upon canceling my monthly plan a while back, they botched it and never processed. Their mistake cost me $50. Months later, I came back in pain, for treatment. The front desk said I owed $30 with no record of why. While respelling my last name four times, I was told to sit and wait, and wait. Apologizing for the mishap, I was kindly asked to take a seat again. I was also informed the two parties that came in after me would be seen first, so I'd have to wait a half hour. Absolute incompetence and deplorable customer service. Unless you like to be overcharged and treated poorly, you might want to skip this place.
