Come on Arizona Shuttle, hire better customer service agents who have an attention to detail.
Having minimum wage people answering your phone lines that have no care of great service is unacceptable. How do you expect to survive with the competition if you consistently provide sub standard service.
Having used your services in the past: why do I have to keep repeating my email address to you which only gets added in incorrectly? Why do your agents not repeat what they have heard to reduce errors? Also, why do you not have my correct credit card info saved from prior rides?
Your business just has a lot of warm bodies doing clearly mediocre work.
