The previous owners Dan and Ginny were much more personable and thorough. I discontinued service due to price increase. I was told the new company is focusing more on the weekly visits versus monthly as I had been using them. The new owners did an ok job...I'm not saying don't use them. But, the relationship was not the same as prior. Also, they forgot to lock a deadbolt one time (they did lock the handle). Apparently the gate remote had not worked for some time which I wasn't told about until I discontinued the service. Again, I think if you are a weekly user you probably will be happy with them.
