  • I see many good reviews, but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I called HelloTech to install my Ring Video Pro doorbell. I had the basic installation done, but it was not working properly. The technician that arrived rushed through the appointment, was not knowledgeable about the product, and gave bad advice. After talking to Ring support, I realized he recommended a setting that would have damaged the doorbell. He also concluded the doorbell was bad and needed to be replaced. I replace the doorbell with another one, and there was no improvement. To make matters worse, I explained this to HelloTech and asked them to send out a senior technician to properly fix the doorbell installation. HelloTech refused. So now I'm disputing the $50 charge because they did not complete the job.
