  • My wife and I decided a few months ago to relocate our family from WA to AZ. We were looking to rent a home in the Phoenix metro area. I started doing research myself but could only get so far. I reached out to a few agents online and over the phone and no one was willing to help. I contacted Bryan based off his reviews online. I sent Bryan an email on a Sunday morning and he called that afternoon. I was not expecting such a fast response. I worked in the real estate industry and knew what I wanted in an agent. Bryan asked all the right questions and by Sunday evening we were being sent homes to look at. We ended up finding a home in the Anthem area and Bryan was willing to drive an hour to preview the home and take additional pictures. We were not able to fly in to preview the home ourselves, we put a lot of trust in Bryan and I would do it again. Bryan was easy to talk to, respected our wishes, and more importantly had our best interest in mind. Whether we rent or buy, Bryan will be the agent we use. If you are thinking about any kind of real estate transaction, Bryan Hamby is the agent to use.
