This store is in no way set up to be customer friendly. It's always understaffed, and the staff is distracted and or unknowledgeable. I watched one staff member be rude to another customer. Even just returning something I bought online to this location was stressful and difficult. Additionally, there are parameters in place to make every transaction as difficult as possible for the customer, although this in no way reflects on the staff. This company would do well to rethink their business model!
