  • I told them on the phone I thought my puppy had Parvo - I thought they would want me to come in a separate room or after hours but nope, they had me come in and wait over an hour while my puppy which did test positive, hung out with all the other puppies and dogs in the waiting room. (maybe it's good for business??) Their overall attitude is very flippant, won't go back!
