  • Rented a 24 footer from them this past month. The truck was there when I arrived and the guy at the desk was really helpful and easy going about the whole deal. A few things I would recommend them improving on is fixing the gas gauge. It would go from 3/4 full to 1/4 full then back to 3/4 full within a mile or two. Not sure why. Maybe they should make it to where its full when you pick it up and you have to fill it back to full so theres no guess work on the gas gauges. I'm pretty sure I put 20 bucks too much in gas due to the guages inaccuracy. Last thing was when I returned my truck the truck return lane was so full of uhauls that I could barely pull in and the tail of the truck was hanging into Glendale Avenue. They need to make sure the trucks are being pulled in asap so the next guy can pull in safely. This put both myself and their property in danger. I told the worker and he said he was backed up. There were at least 6 trucks that needed to be moved. Uhual should look into this before there is an accident. All in all it was an easy experience and I'd use them again if I had to.
