  • My first experience here was great. I called the day of and they were able to take me for an evening appointment. I didn't know the eyebrow wax would be free as a first time customer so that was a nice surprise. The staff is very friendly and they weren't pushy when trying to give me the sales pitch to sign up for their membership club; which I appreciated. My second appointment was similar. Staff was friendly, clean environment, and they started my service on time. The only thing I didn't like was that she took too much off of my eyebrows for it to be a "clean-up" job. I would recommend this place but just be sure to reiterate how much you want taken off, shape, etc.
