I just went to the West Clinic for a dermatologist appointment. It was my first time there, and I think I would probably go back but ONLY if I went to another doctor. The check-in process was seamless and quick, despite there being a line, so if I were rating on things other than the doctor, it would probably get 5 stars. But a clinic visit is mostly about the service you receive with the doctor. I saw Dr. Ann Rosin for a basic check-up. But I barely saw her. I believe she was in the room with me for about five minutes. She made me feel as if I was just another thing on her long list of things-to-do and the quicker she finished my appointment, the more things she could get done. She didn't even ask if I had any questions before she was on her way out the door. I literally sat on the table in shock after she left because I couldn't believe things just happened the way they did. I have been to some bad, rushed doctors, but I have never felt so "un-cared" for.
