| - Unfortunately, I cannot rate how the food tastes at Masa. My fiancé and I went in tonight with a sushi craving. 25 minutes after we gave our order, the waitress returned asking if the ticket she was holding was ours and apologized for (what we finally realized was) not sending our order to the chef. A forgivable mistake, as I was a server for many years; however, after waiting another 30 minutes, watching all of the other tables in the restaurant begin and finish their meals, no water refills, and no visit from management, we decided that 1 hour was too long to wait for raw food. We won't go back, not because of the wait, but because of the no existence of customer service. We ended up eating dinner 2 later than planned at Harry's Tavern an Ayrsley, where the food and service was amazing. Sorry, but Masa needs to up their game. The one star I gave is for the nice looking backsplash behind the sushi bar.
