  • I don't like using rental cars - but when my car had to go into the shop for body work due to an accident - and I needed wheels and they were covered in my insurance I found myself in a rental. When I dropped my car off at the auto body shop, they called Enterprise who sent a shuttle to pick me up. At the Enterprise office the paperwork was quick and easy - they had been advised by my insurance company and the auto body shop that I would be coming. When I returned the car they asked how everything had been with the car. We had had snow that morning and I commented that I didn't see snow scraper or brush in the car. Everyone at the desk apologized profusely - and the manager asked what they could do to make it up to me. Since I don't use rentals much at all there wasn't much - still - she gave me a voucher for a free upgrade on my next rental. Then, they had their shuttle driver take me back to the auto body shop to get my car. These employees are friendly, thorough, know their stuff. I'd certainly use this enterprise office again - and I hope other enterprise stores are as good as this one!
