| - I called to request a taxi around 8pm yesterday. I waited on hold for close to 10 minutes. The dispatcher who answered the call said, "Madison Taxi," and then silence. Not, "How can I help you?" or anything else. So I said, "Hello," hoping she would further the conversation by helping me order a taxi, which is obviously what I was calling to do. There was radio silence. Then I said, "Do you need an address from me, or what do you need?" and the reply I received was snotty and rude.
After I finally ordered the cab, I got a call from someone else, shouting at me telling me the address I provided did not exist. When I proceeded to tell him the address did exist and what streets the building was located on, he insisted that the address did not exist, and then shouted something to his colleagues, and then he hung up on me.
The point I'm trying to illustrate is that I received absolutely horrendous customer service- I was not listened to or treated with respect- and will never use this taxi service again.
