  • I have been a tenant for almost a year now and the office staff is very helpful and friendly! Anytime I go down for something they always ask how my 4 month old is doing! I feel very welcomed and at home when I am in the office. The few times I have called down for maintenance they come up within the hour and are very helpful with fixing the minor issue. As far as bugs go I wouldn't say it's out of the ordinary; I've only had 1 Daddy long legs and 1 scorpion. As long as you keep your place clean you shouldn't have problems. The gates are usually on the fritz but what gated community doesn't have problems with their gates? Hands down I really enjoyed my time living here; only reason I didn't stay longer is I was able to purchase a new build, and highly recommend this complex to anyone.
