  • My wife went to Dr. Truong in May 2016 and had blood work done for cholesterol and pre-diabetes. The following week she picked up a copy of the test results from the clinic. She went back a couple of months later and saw Dr. Truong again to discuss continuing health issues. They could not find her health records since 2014, nor could they produce a copy of the blood work taken 2 months earlier. She explained to Dr.Truong that she had been there only a couple of months before and even had a copy of the blood work results and home. He proceeded to tell her she was mistaken and that she must have gone to one of their other locations or somewhere else.. He was very rude and his bedside manners are non-existent. I find it very odd that they could not find her current records but had no trouble taking her money for that visit and the one two month ago. Speaking of health records, in June hackers broken into their computers and stole patient records including mine and my wife's. I know for a fact that my records were used by hackers to try to get a credit card. Funny, Banner can't find my wife's records at this clinic but the hackers can. I reached out to Banner but no one called us back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC AND DR. TRUONG. Banner Health Systems should be ashamed.
