  • This company was sent out to me through my home warranty service. The guy came out, gave me his opinion, and left me still with a leak - in order to go back to the office to work up an estimate. 2 days later, they gave me an estimate for $1900 for an issue that cost me $200 to repair 9 months earlier. (And, after he left- since he left me with the leak-i personally went to home depot, spent $30 and 2hrs time, to stop the leak he left me with) I would definately get estimates from other companies before using these guys -I'm sure this price gouging is not a fluke.
