I have been on the fence about this place since the beginning. However it was convenient to our home and seemed a fair price for the area.
Recently, I've had a string of bad experiences which I can no longer tolerate.
Over the course of the past few weeks we've taken our dog, Khloe, periodically. She's come home with scabbed pads on multiple occasions (as another user mentioned, due to the hot asphalt play area) and even a deep cut on top of her foot. More recently, my girlfriend informed me that an employee hit Khloe on her muzzle to correct her jumping. I do not condone pain training and I this employee was out of line in her response.
I will not be returning or subjecting my dog to this environment in the future.
