I just want to start out by saying that I LOVE my new furniture. I also loved the salesman that helped us in the store. The delivery was my problem. The salesman promised us 'white glove service' as the delivery fee is close to $200. They were to deliver it, set it up, plug it in and make sure everything was working. Fast forward to our delivery day, the men showed up and we asked them to wait just 5 minutes, so our carpet installers could finish moving to the next room. They immediately refused. No negotiations, no waiting at all. They then proceeded to dump our $1500 in furniture on the sidewalk, in the rain, on its side. Basically customer service told us they could send the same guys back to help us, but we really didn't want to deal with them at that point. We had to call family and friends to help us move in this huge furniture. They didn't even offer to refund the delivery fee. Which was certainly not earned.
