rev:text	Went here the night before Thanksgiving with my cousin (who was from out of town,) my daughter and granddaughter. All 3 of us got the SNS and a pedicure. My 4 year old granddaughter just had her nails painted, while she was sitting is the side chair. I have gotten the SNS manicure many times and I love it, so I talked my group into getting it. This was by far the WORSE SNS I have ever gotten. It was SUPER thick and the color was "weak." and not vibrant. To make things worse, we had a 3:00 appointment and we did not get out of there until 6:00 PM. We saw many people come in after us and leave before us, be we knew they were busy so we did not say anything but in reality that was wrong for them to make us wait. Also, the next day it was evident that there were many places on my fingers where they missed with the nail file and they actually filed a few parts of my skin. They are not careful at all. The next day I looked at the bill and noticed that they over charged me by $10.00. I called them, they apologized and told me to come in and they would give me a credit. When I went back they gave me a hard time and made like they could not understand that the price they charged me was not correct Their math on the itemized bill was wrong, but they made like they were confused and could not understand what I was saying. I was so aggravated with their attitude. They acted like I was stupid and their attitude was intimidating. I walked out and told them that I would never ever come back to this place, and I mean NEVER EVER. There are many other good placed to go, don't go to this one.
