  • I decided to go without a car for a year, so after hearing that my brother gets a delivery system in Chicago, I decided to try this out in Cleveland. I opted for the $89 up-front fee so I would get free deliveries all year. I order every 2 weeks. PROS: -They have a great selection (& one time they didn't have a Triscuit flavor I liked. I e-mailed them, and they responded back saying they would get it in ASAP. They did). -They have several convenient delivery options to choose from and you get an e-mail the morning of with a more exact delivery time, which is 99% of the time really accurate. -It's very quick. They just come in, drop off all the groceries on the counter, have you sign, and then they go. -It beats actually shopping at a grocery store. I can grocery shop in my pjs while drinking coffee, ha. -I've never been disappointed with their fresh produce. It rarely comes bruised and it's always a great size. For ex., I noticed more rarer items like Fennel in a standard grocery store were gone or really small. But the ones I buy with Presto are always impressive! That goes for tomatoes, apples, and avocados too, to name a few. -If you e-mail them for any reason, they are quick to respond. -I get the same employee if I order during the week so that's great! Not only is it a familiar face, but he knows how to get in my apt building, where to put the groceries, etc. CONS -Often times they show an item available on the website, but I get about 1 substitution per wk now (you don't have to accept it, btw), which is disappointing. Twice they just refunded me for an item because they ended up not having it at all, although it was showing avail. to buy. -They have some sales, but it's not as good as using coupons shopping at other Grocery stores. 99% of the time, items are full-priced. They have a points system, but I've been ordering twice a week ($120-200 orders) since May and have only earned $10 off an order so far. Not excited about that. -Their website can be frustratingly slow. Every single time it loads, it takes 10-20 seconds to load, which may not seem like a lot until you go from Amazon, for example, that loads immediately. It slows down the shopping process, and if you don't have the item spelled correctly, it rarely guesses what you mean. Overall, I would recommend this grocery service. I am really pleased. I may not even part with them next year when I get a car :-P
