  • I have been coming here for years and normally have a good experience, so I am hoping to give a heads up on a specific employee. First let me say she is very nice but so unprofessional. She dropped the foot file flat on the floor and just picked it up to use it on me without cleaning it. I had to ask her to. When she was done she just through it in my foot bath...DURING my pedicure! I came to relax and this wasn't it. The last straw was when she had just finished filing the nails on one foot and used the file on her own nails and then attempted to use the file on my other foot!!! Grossed out is a total understatement. Needless to say I had her get a new file. I just wanted to get out of there, she used a warm sopping wet towel for the hot towel treatment it was awful. I believe she goes by Helen.
