| - I have attended The Studio Academy of Beauty in Chandler for the past year and two months. I loved the teachers, as they have taught me so much. However, the overall staff is very negative and they talk down on everyone, as if we are all five, when this is supposed to be "adult education." The school itself is very dirty and look at the students as if they're maids. They claim they have a cleaning company, and if they do then they definitely don't mop the floors, dust, etc. The vents in themselves are packed with layers and layers of dust. We had a leak in the air conditioning unit that dripped through the ceiling over the summer, and it took them two weeks to get it fixed. So for two weeks, there was a garbage can full of dirty water in the middle of the salon floor. Unfortunately, the school only looks for money. They claim that their students come before the clients because they make more money off of their students. However, if a client walks in and the student has gone all day without a lunch break, they will make the student take the client anyway. The majority of their staff is unprofessional and disrespectful. For example, I was kicked out of the school director's office about a month and a half ago for asking her to clarify some things regarding my quotas; she yelled and told me to get out of her office and slammed the door behind me. I've never seen someone be so impolite, especially to someone who is paying over 20k to go to their school. It's unbelievable. Would I ever tell someone to spend their time and money at this school? Not at all.
