  • The quality of my life has decreased in many ways since moving here...From the traffic noise to the constant stress of things breaking down and not getting fixed for months, to troubles with neighbors that the management should professionally intervene in but instead they let you deal with. They are understaffed and cutting corners. They spent thousands of dollars upgrading the front office to be more attractive and pleasant for the staff. And they painted the gym so it would look more flashy to new potential residents. They do not apply the same care to actual residence. The bathtub and shower are not good. Bad water pressure and bad tub material that is like painted plastic. Residents often pay for managements mistakes such as broken plumbing water/ running which doesn't get attention even when it is reported several times. Now I am dealing with possible sewage backing up into the water supply. It is truly horrendous living conditions. The water from the bathroom sink smells like rotten eggs and I have been complaining for over a month about it. I cannot even brush my teeth in this water. HELP!!!! GET ME OUT OF HERE!!!!! Ignore their "response" below. It is a generic response they ALWAYS post and it is B.S..they have had dozens of work orders regarding this issue. How annoying and RUDE! Just proves how daft they are.
