  • I brought my mom in to get her nails done. The reception and workers were all very rude. They shouted questions at us from across the store while languishing in their chairs. The pedicurist asked me how I wanted her to do the pedicure and proceeded to argue and give me attitude about it. At one point she stopped the pedicure to gossip and dial a number on their phone. Are you serious? My mom is a stroke survivor and can't talk and is half paralyzed. They kept asking her questions about how to do the pedicure and I kept having to redirect them. She also got angry at my mom for not being able to put her foot on the stool properly, which is her paralyzed leg. I finally snapped at her and asked her to please get the job done quickly and treat my mom with some respect. They are unbelievable here. I am never coming back.
