  • I've been here a number of times over the years for everything from tiny Toyotas to big a$$ work trucks and it's always the same. (I've also been to the other one down the road about a mile west - this review also applies to them). It's like going to the dentist, or an annual physical. You are there for a specific reason, and they are going to inform you of other potential problems that you're already aware of but have put on a back burner...because, you know...life and stuff. There's never a problem with them repairing/replacing a tire that has an object embedded in it, no matter how odd that object might be (2 headed screwdriver bit anyone?) as long as you paid the extra few bucks for the road hazard warranty. Inevitably, you'll find that they also want to add at least one more tire or 3 to the pitch. You already knew that. We're in AZ. Rubber isn't built for this heat. You know that one time a year that you have to drive in the rain and stop at the store with 34 other people buying wipers, yeah...same deal. The team here is efficient, super courteous, and attentive. Always has been. This is a locally based company and I've never had bad service. Wish more companies would follow their lead and deliver what they promise. They're probably gonna give you a sales pitch, no doubt, but if you decline they're okay with that. They don't push any upsells though. If you arrive in a Ferrari, your mileage may vary. But if yer in an Italian supercar, your car's on a trailer headed for the dealership anyhow, right?
