  • Amir assisted my partner and I (both first time homebuyers) in locating the ideal home to fit our lifestyle. Both of us wanted an affordable, move-in ready, low maintenance home that had a modern look and room for a growing family. The first home Amir showed us not only had exactly what we were looking for but it also happened to be a new build. When buying your first home, the only thing better than locating one that nobody else has lived in before is knowing that piece of mind comes with it in the form of a 10 year transferable warranty. And as if it couldn't get any better, Amir negotiated the final sales price to fit within our range of affordability. Throughout the entire process Amir exceeded all of our expectations. He took our prerequisites seriously and didn't waste our time with properties we 'might' like.
