  • We stopped in at the mattress firm outlet to see what the deal was with the mattresses. We ask about a particular mattress, and the salesman showed us the one he had available. We bought that mattress and the salesman was very helpful with everything. I ask for the latest appointment that he could give me, which was between 5-8pm. I told him that I worked to 5:30, and he made note of it. On the day of delivery, the delivery people called me at 4:40pm and said they were 5 minutes from my home. I ask them if they could drop it off later, and they told me no. I told them that I had to leave work early, and it would take me 15 minutes to get there. They called me back when I was riding my motorcycle home, because security wouldn't clear them, so when I got home, I got them cleared, and sent through. Literally took them 5 minutes to put the mattress in and take the old. I helped them put the new mattress in and carry the old mattress out. I am happy with everything except the delivery people making me leave work early to delivery the mattress.
