  • Booking an appointment is fairly easy and straight forward but if you are not a member, appointment times are limited. I was visiting the area and looking to get a massage during my short stay. The massage therapist I was assigned to quit before my confirmed appointment and no one from Massage Matters tried calling me - instead I got an email informing me my appointment is "cancelled". If you are willing to be at the mercy of their online appointment scheduler, this place may be for you.
