  • Do not go to this Valvoline location under any circumstances. They appear to have some sort of time quota that they need to meet which means they hurry through your oil change and don't do a good job. Typically my boyfriend does the maintenance on my car, however we were in a time crunch and needed the oil changed before a big trip. 2 weeks after my oil change at this Valvoline location, I had my boyfriend look at my car and he quickly realized that they "forgot" to put an o-ring in after they changed my oil- which is a very costly mistake. My car was nearly out of oil by the time we figured out what happened. Forgetting to put an o-ring in after change the oil filter is like forgetting the peanut butter on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. There are much better and cheaper places to get your oil changed in Madison. Don't risk it! It could end up costing you a fortune in repairing your car! We will never be back at this experience.
