  • Bagels are cooked properly but definitely not super fresh. Staff is VERY young and lacking in customer service (still wet behind the ears-types) but they are fast. You get a good deal and their prices on simple bagels with cream cheese are cheap. They also have a rewards program that gives free drinks, etc. For a chain, this place isn't bad. I will return but not that often.
